Yoga Teacher
Bryan started practicing yoga in 2004. In 2008 Bryan was encouraged by his roommate to take a yoga teacher training at Corepower Yoga in San Diego, CA, where he received a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification . And even though Bryan had no intention of ever teaching yoga, he found himself teaching his first class only a year later. Soon after, Bryan quit his day job and starting teaching yoga full time. In 2011 Bryan began to study Anusara yoga through a two year long immersion and teacher training at Seattle Yoga Arts in Seattle, WA. At the end of 2012 Bryan received his second 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certificate. Bryan has more than 1,000 hours of teaching experience and is registered with Yoga Alliance, giving him the designation of E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher).
Bryan’s teaching mixes elements from various hatha yoga traditions like Anusara, Ashtanga, and Kundalini, as well as various movement and awareness practices as taught by Ida Rolf, Moshe Feldenkrais, and Dub Leigh. Philosophically, Bryan’s teaching is strongly influenced by Kashmir Shaivism Tantra, Tibetan Dzogchen, and Zen Bodytherapy. Bryan can provide profound teaching for any experience level and all physical abilities.
In 2012 Bryan enrolled in a 705-hour massage training program at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA. During this time Bryan came to understand bodywork as a means of releasing and healing stored traumas and stuck energies in the body, and that bodywork could not only assist in physical wellness, but in greater mind-body-spirit continuity and greater insight into the totality of one’s being. Upon completion, in 2013 Bryan received his credential as a LMP (licensed massaged practitioner), completed continuing education training in Zen Triggerpoint Anatomy, and opened his own practice in Tacoma.
Bryan combines elements of Swedish Massage, Trigger-point Therapy and Myofascial Release, Zen Bodytherapy, and Jin Shin to meet the specific needs and goals of the client. Bryan’s practice is strongly influenced by the teachings of Dub Leigh, founder of the International Zentherapy Institute, Bill Thompson, LMP, Ben Haslund, MD, and Intuitive Mind of Tacoma. Yoga Teacher
Kate Fontana came to the practice of yoga in 2002, and after joining the Source Yoga community in 2008, was inspired to become a certified teacher in 2009. For Kate, yoga is a way of learning how to show up for life, to be attentive, fully present, and unified in body, mind and spirit. She has been influenced by Ananda, Ashtanga and Anusara yoga. Kate enjoys making yoga accessible to all body types and skill levels, especially those who are new to yoga or think that they “can’t do” yoga. She believes that, in yoga, there is something for everyone, and encourages people towards developing and discovering their own practice. People come to yoga seeking something–and Kate loves to provide the quiet space for each individual to hear their inner wisdom.

Yoga Teacher
Yoga is about finding inspiration and enthusiasm from within. I teach yoga because I believe that when we become more embodied we become more connected with our deep sense of integrity and authenticity. When we align our lives with these two things we are better able to navigate the world in a harmonious and serving way. My classes have an emphasis on safety through proper alignment, playfulness, community, seeing the good first, and trying things you never thought you could do. My pursuit of yoga training has led me around the world. I did my teacher training in Mexico at the Yandara Institute, I continue to study Anusara Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage Therapy in Thailand, and I have taught at the Omega Institute for Holistic Learning in New York. My classes are weaved with teachings from many different styles of yoga and bodywork practices such as Acro Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and Thai Massage.

What I love and have learned about yoga, is that even when I am off my mat, I’m still doing the yoga. Finding my breath, keeping my focus. Just letting go of all that does not serve me. And then aaaahhh… I’m right where I need to be. I started practicing yoga when I was pregnant with my son in 1997 and noticed how open and accepting my body became to the poses. And how beneficial the mind, body, breath connection was with my labor; After that, I was hooked. In 2001 I trained in L.A. at the Bikram Yoga College of India. And I am currently training through YogaFit to receive my 200 hour RYT. My style of teaching is of a vinyasa flow. Focusing on the breath, proper alignment and mind/body awareness. Although I like to teach a class that’s going to take you to your edge, I am very open and understanding of those who are just starting out. Being patient in the process to learning new things and then creating space for your body to grow. I want my students to just let go of any expectations that they might have before they walk into class and then just be in the moment of that experience. It’s my goal to create a healthy and happy community one pose at a time. And to create a more positive attitude for our bodies in hopes that one day we can love them just the way they are. I’m passionate about receiving all the best offerings that yoga has brought to me and then giving it all back to my students. I have been blessed to meet a wonderful community of yogi’s. I feel that without yoga, our mind and body gets lost. Yoga can be the map to staying on the path to a more balanced, focussed, patient, loving you. ? Take care of your body and your body will take care of you.

RAW: real active women
After retiring early from work as a bilingual family therapist, Tracey hit the road and started professionally guiding luxury bike tours in America’s west (think Zion, Banff, Glacier, Crater Lake, San Juan Islands). During these tours she also led informal yoga sessions in order to help guests keep their bodies in balance. Out of this experience she birthed the concept for RAW: real active women. Through her company's retreats, Tracey offers women the unique opportunity to cycle, stretch and (re)connect with themselves and make new connections with others. On retreats Tracey offers professional cycling guidance, and employes local yoga instructors to guide meditative and restorative yoga practices.

Tracey currently resides in Seattle with her partner and their 1 year old son and 2 year old dog.

Through her company's retreats, Tracey offers women the unique opportunity to cycle, stretch and (re)connect with themselves and make new connections with others. On retreats Tracey offers professional cycling guidance, and employes local yoga instructors to guide meditative and restorative yoga practices.

Born and raised in England, I’ve been a window cleaner, gardener, professional climber, ski instructor, company buyer, electronics technician and pre-school teacher. At no point along the way did I expect to find myself as a yoga teacher! I came to yoga later in my life and have enjoyed guiding a wide range of classes with adults. My degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology have enabled me to successfully serve a variety of kids yoga programs, including the development of my Yoga-Paint-Dance workshop.

Kathleen moved in and out of yoga for years after discovering yoga through PBS in high school. After a college yoga class she enjoyed leading her friends in savasana. In 2000, after many years of experimenting with yoga, Kathleen dedicated herself to a regular practice, moving deeper into the many branches of the tree of yoga and into teaching.

Strongly influenced by the Iyengar tradition, Kathleen draws from many teachings of the Krishnamacharya lineage. Her focus is on alignment and technique in asana, with attention to energy in the body through the breath. Her aim is to make yoga accessible to all, so that students will find sthira (stability) and sukham (ease) in the postures and in the breath.

Kathleen holds a BFA in visual art and enjoys the intuitive and creative side of the art and science of yoga. An ever curious student of yoga, she completed an advanced 500 level teacher training with teachers Theresa Elliot and Kathryn Payne of Pacific Yoga Teacher training in Seattle in May 2010. She continues to study with , and draws inspiration from her teachers Theresa and Kathryn.

Kathleen teaches in various locations in Bremerton.

RYT, Becoming One- Inquire Within
Three years ago she had an amazingly spiritual experience while in the Amazonian jungle; an experience so profound it changed her life forever. A shift in consciousness began a transformation that would alter her path through the physical world toward a deep journey into the inner world, which continuously unfolds for her on and off the mat. She has studied with Shipibo Shamans, traveled to India, and all around the USA studying with various holistic practitioners. Her yoga practice has blossomed in kind with interests in Vinyasa Yoga, Vipassana meditation, traditional and modern shamanism, breath work, and sound healing.

She has studied with Michel Spruance, Tina Templeman and Liz Doyle at Be Luminous Yoga earning her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in May of 2011. Having just completed a 12 week mentorship with Liz Doyle, she is currently pursuing her 300 hour certification through Twist Vinyasa Yoga under the direction of Megan Carroll and Jen Mitchell. Kimberly is also part of the Teacher Mentor Program at Shakti under Gina Skene and Lisa Black. She also enjoys Prana Flow with Cosetta Romani, teaches kid’s yoga at her sons’ daycare and attends sound healing workshops with Tom Kenyon. She has a passion for blending these traditions together into a class that will challenge the physical body with thoughtful asana, quiet the mind with mindfulness based awareness practice, develop connection to the natural world, and open the heart. Her approach is down to earth and joyful -bringing brightness, confidence and peace to the mat.

Kimberly also teaches Vinyasa Yoga, hosts Musicians for Yoga events, co-facilitates Women’s Chakra Workshops, offers Group Breathing Circles and private Breath Work sessions. She loves Kirtan and has recently discovered the wonderful sounds of Girish.

Yoga Teacher
